It is the perfect solution for dusty sites, such as construction projects, agricultural operations, freeway embankments and unpaved freeway medians. PX300 is non-toxic, non-polluting and is a safe carrier for hydro-seeding. See the Leachate test on our Lab Test Page and our MSDS page. PX300 will not change the appearance of the native soil, and preserves the natural look of the application site after the cure period. Px 300 stabilizes many all soils, including sand, gravel, silt, clays, volcanic ash, and soil combinations PX300 is easy to apply. The product is supplied in 55 gallon drums and mixed on-site water. The PX300/water ratio depends on soil type, weather conditions and terrain slope. Generally, dilution rate is 1 part PX300/ 12 parts water. After mixing, the liquid is merely sprayed on the site soil, with a water truck, or hand sprayer. No compaction is required. The curing time depends on the soil type and weather conditions at the time of application: during hot dry weather, treated soil typically cures in 3 hours, while damp or cool weather will extend the cure time. 		Erosion and dust control is begun by loading a water truck with water and PX300 The first photo shows the water/product being sprayed on a freeway median to control dust pollution. No compaction is required. After completion of the project, there will be no visible change to the appearance of the median.
			In the picture to the left, a slope was sprayed to control erosion and dust on a San Bernardino County, CA road.
		In areas inaccessible to a water truck, a traveling mixer with hand sprayer can be used to apply PX300, which is the method used to protect this Sempra Energy hillside from slope erosion.
